"Wonderful"
Kitchen staff made a mistake and told us they were closed. Steven the Kit Manager was incredible. Apologized several times and personally helped wait on us the next morning for breakfast. I've never seen a hotel work so hard to turn a wrong into a right.

The staff was amazing; thank you the two awesome shuttle drivers (unfortunately didn't catch their names), and the rest of The Partridge Inn staff for making this a wonderful stay! Would definitely pick if visiting Augusta again!

The property does not look like what is shown on Booking.com. The property is old and the paint is hot bubbling up on the walls, dirty baseboards, some rooms have furniture some dont Im not sure they turned on the air conditioning. I wish I wouldve gotten more pictures but did not.

The property is located in great part of town to get from place to place. All the bell hops and shuttle drivers (me James, mr Charles, Mr Norman, mr clay) were all great in giving their advice on places to visit as well as giving a great service. The bar/restaurant staff were friendly and professional. Tomika, Mark, Brandon, Rebecca and all those i met during the stay made it just that little bit more homely. Great place for business travellers.

The building was a beautiful historic building. The Roof top bar was very nice with good drinks, although they did not wait on you unless you ordered food. Customers had to return to the bar each time for a drink.

I love the different levels of the hotel on the 2nd floor the restaurant was very nice with a beautiful patio. the penthouse floor was so beautiful it had a sitting area as well. the view was everything. also I love how the valet bring your bags to your room and the complimentary champagne.

The bar tender was great! The Halloween dinner was wayyy too expensive & not very good to cost so much $270 for 2 meals. The hotel still needs updating. TV was difficult to operate. But overall it was a nice experience
